Same DROP as 0.1.2, with the table name built as $wpdb->prefix . 'hpct_latepoint_idx' like the installer, so the package check §10 can match DROP to CREATE. No version change (0.1.2 not yet distributed).

- Build the table name as $wpdb->prefix . 'hpct_latepoint_idx' like the installer does, so the package check (§10) can match the DROP to the CREATE
- Verify: php -l; package-plugin.sh §10
