Version bump only: re-release packaged alongside the WP-MVB v8 hub (dev39) acceptance.

• Code identical to the previous release (zip diff: version header/define, CHANGELOG, readme only).
• Packaged with wp-local-dev/scripts/package-plugin.sh (worktree .git file now excluded; .gitea no longer shipped).

Test plan:

• package-plugin.sh final checks pass
• zip compared against previous release: no code changes, no .git/.gitea
• install on staging and confirm the version in the Plugins screen
