從 wp-data-optimizer v3.4.6 移植 1 個 integration 測試檔，並新增 tests/integration/bootstrap.php（複用核心的 integration bootstrap，不重複 與 WP stub）＋ phpunit-integration.xml ＋ CI integration job。

為 WooCommerce 提供 schema 註冊、commission tracking 與 product/order 反 EAV 加速。

Installation

HPOS（High Performance Order Storage）
WooCommerce 8.2+ 引入 HPOS 後，order 自有 custom table，本 AddOn 偵測到 HPOS 啟用時會：
- ✅ 仍註冊 20 張 WC 表到 Custom Table Registry（doctor 健診）
- ✅ 仍處理
_hp_vendor/_hp_commission等 marketplace meta - ❌ 不再為 order 建獨立 zone（HPOS 已是反 EAV，無需重複）
未啟用 HPOS 的舊站台：本 AddOn 為 order 建 Hot zone（5 欄位）作為 legacy 加速。
